Limited Warranty for Metcalf USA™

Thank you for your purchase of Metcalf USA (“Metcalf USA”). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from https://metcalfusa.com (the "Physical Goods") or from an authorized dealer or seller.

What does this limited warranty cover?

The Metcalf USA® branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for products that are identified as “Metcalf USA Renewed”, which instead are covered by a one-year warranty. This warranty applies to all Metcalf USA® branded products except limited-edition or collaboration products not made by Metcalf USA®, product marked as not covered by warranty on the product’s packaging, hangtag and/or label, and product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller.

What will we do to correct problems?

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
